B2B content that doesn't sound like everything else.

Human-written. Voice-accurate. Built around a 90-minute interview with the actual expert.

Most B2B content sounds the same. There's a reason.

More than half of new web content is now AI-generated. Marketing teams under pressure to publish more end up publishing faster, which usually means worse.

The result: blog posts that could have been written by five different companies, LinkedIn ghostwriting that sounds nothing like the executive, case studies that read like product brochures.

Only 15% of B2B decision-makers rate the content they read as good or very good. The other 85% is the problem we built ContentSplash to solve.

We start with a 90-minute interview.

Most agencies don't have a method. They have writers. The work that gets produced is only as good as the writer's ability to read between the lines of a vague brief.

We start every engagement with an Expert Interview, a 90-minute structured conversation designed to surface the stories, frameworks, and contrarian positions that make an executive worth reading. The interview becomes the source material for a full quarter of content.

It's the difference between content built from a brief and content built from the expert.

The ContentSplash Standard

Six promises that apply to every piece of content we deliver, in every program.

  1. 1

Voice fidelity. Every piece is written to sound unmistakably like the executive. We calibrate against approved samples before any output leaves our team.

  2. 2

Editorial layer. Every piece is reviewed by a senior editor before it reaches the client.

  3. 3

Speed. Quoted timelines are conservative. We routinely beat them by a day or two on first-of-relationship deliverables.

  4. 4

AI-aware, human-led. We use AI for research and structuring. Every word of every piece is written by a human writer and edited by a human editor.

  5. 5

One bonus asset per major deliverable. A long-form article ships with five LinkedIn variants. A case study ships with a LinkedIn carousel script. A white paper ships with an executive summary one-pager.

  6. 6

Single point of contact. Your Practice Manager owns the relationship end-to-end. You never wonder who to email.

Who we work with

B2B firms that care about how they sound. Marketing managers who need a reliable partner, not another freelancer to manage. Founders building a personal presence on LinkedIn. Agency owners who want senior writers on overflow projects without the friction of hiring.

We work across industries: professional services, SaaS, finance, healthcare, talent and HR tech, manufacturing, consulting. Our writers and editors have been crafting content for senior leaders at top firms for over a decade. The craft transfers; the industry is the easy part.

Common questions

How is this different from a freelance writer or content agency?

Freelancers are one person with one set of skills. Content agencies often hide a churning roster of junior writers behind a polished sales process. We're a small bench of senior writers and editors with a methodology that's been refined over a decade of working with executives at top firms. Our Practice Manager runs every engagement directly. There's no account executive layer.

What does the first month look like?

Week one: kickoff call with your Practice Manager, plus a voice and audience brief. Week one or two: your first Expert Interview, 90 minutes, recorded. Weeks two through four: first content delivered, on the cadence in your program. Every program front-loads the Expert Interview so you experience the methodology immediately.

Do you use AI?

For research and structuring, yes. For generating final content, no. The difference matters. AI is excellent at summarizing what already exists and helping organize ideas. It's bad at producing content that sounds like a specific person with a specific point of view. Every word of every piece we deliver is written by a human writer and edited by a human editor.

What if we need more or less than a program offers?

Programs are starting points, not boundaries. We adjust scope for clients whose needs sit between programs, or who need a one-off addition (extra case study, surge volume for a launch, a white paper outside the regular cadence). Anything above the Studio program is custom. Talk to us.
